Easter came so fast this year and I spent last night at Target gathering items for Lemon's Easter basket (working full time means doing things last minute!). What do you put in an almost 2 year old's Easter basket? Well, here's what I put in hers (and she will be 22 months on May 2nd):
From right to left (and all from Target unless otherwise noted):
- A bunny ears headband (leftover from last year from a mystery place that I forgot)
- Some jegging type jean shorts (daisy dukes for sure!)
- A Disney princess battery operated toothbrush (this girl loves to chew on toothbrushes, best teething remedy!)
- A plain wooden bird house with paints
- Heart sunglasses
- Peeps
- Cute little eggs filled with Starburst Jelly Beans (the best!) - chick, bunny, fox, blue thing (?!)
- Play dough knockoffs that she will probably eat
- A ribbon wand (thanks Auntie Jenny!)
- Crayola color bath drops
- Feather and Filly bunny moccs (a gift made just for us!)
- Glow bracelets
- A Cadbury cream egg
- Cinderella on DVD
- A light up candy filled egg
- Hello Kitty tattoos
What did you put in your babe's Easter basket this year? I can't wait to give Lemon hers! I hope you enjoy your weekend, ours will be filled with family and fun - Happy Easter!
Love it!! I may need to go grab those bath drops to add to both kids baskets!!!
