Last night we learned and practiced 3 more poses - downward dog, eagle and tree pose. It was a nice break from the madness of Sanskrit and the night went by really fast. I also went to prenatal yoga right before, with Susie, and enjoyed a relaxing, bonding with baby class.
Maybe it's because I won't be at YTT again until Friday, March 18th but I really enjoyed the ease of last night, just learning and practicing three poses and going home!
Not much to write here, these entries are mostly just for me to document my journey and remember what we did. I am just feeling excited that it's Spring Break, that I get to take a trip to the beach with my family and that I don't have to go in to the studio for over a week. It will be a nice, restful and much needed break!

I did step outside to see my loves doing a Periscope of bedtime stories, so so cute!
